Common questions before your first visit.
Come in comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, along with a small towel if you tend to sweat. If you have your own yoga props, such as blocks or a strap, you're welcome to bring them, but they are not essential for most classes. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to practice.
We recommend booking your class in advance to secure your spot, especially for popular classes. If space is available, walk-ins may also be welcome. Please check the class schedule or contact us before arriving if you are unsure about availability.
Absolutely! No previous yoga experience is required. Our classes are designed to welcome beginners and guide you through the fundamentals at a comfortable pace. You don't need to be flexible or know the poses beforehand — our instructors will guide you through the practice and offer modifications when needed.
If you have an injury, health condition, or other concerns about exercising, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional and informing your instructor before class.
