Who we are
Bringing authentic yoga into modern living — bridging traditional wisdom with practical, accessible wellness.
Vyoma Yoga was founded with a vision to bring authentic yoga into modern living environments, bridging traditional yogic wisdom with practical, accessible wellness.
The institute focuses on creating mindful and transformative yoga experiences for individuals, corporates, and luxury hospitality spaces. Our approach combines traditional yogic principles with modern lifestyle needs, helping students develop balance, awareness, and sustainable practice.
My journey into yoga began as a personal practice for balance and well-being, and gradually evolved into a deeper path of teaching and sharing.
Over time, exposure to corporate environments, international training, and global clients helped shape a broader vision where yoga is not limited to studios, but integrated into workplaces, homes, and lifestyle spaces. This vision led to the creation of Vyoma Yoga Institute — a space where authentic yoga meets modern living.
My teaching is centered around awareness, breath, and functional movement rather than performance.
I believe yoga is not about perfection or flexibility, but about building consistency, inner balance, and mindful living. Each session is adapted to the needs of the student, ensuring a safe, supportive, and practical learning environment.
My teaching combines traditional and modern yoga in a way that is simple, practical, and easy to apply in daily life. Each session is designed to meet students where they are, whether they are beginners, corporate professionals, or more experienced practitioners.
The focus is always on breath, awareness, and mindful movement, creating a balanced practice that supports both body and mind. Classes are structured but flexible, allowing space for individual needs while maintaining clarity and flow.
